The iqualitrol CHRTS-150TS Rockwell hardness tester with Protruding Indenter can test the hardness of inner surfaces of ring-shaped, tubular, and frame-type parts, as well as the base of lug boss-type parts.

CHRTS-150TS uses a closed-loop loading control system, providing high accuracy test force, with good repeatability and stability of readings.

CHRTS-150TS is fully functional, featuring one-button operation, automatic measurement, clear and intuitive display.

Main Functions and Features:

1. The 8-inch LCD touch display intuitively shows hardness values, converted hardness, test methods, test forces, brightness, initial test force dwell time, total test force dwell time, elasticity recovery time, number of measurements, statistical data, test time, and other test processes clearly;

2. Can test the hardness of inner surfaces of ring-shaped, tubular, frame-type parts, and the bottom of protruding parts;

3. Can display real-time force vs. indentation depth curve;

4. The system has a built-in calibration function, which can automatically adjust the error range from 80-120%, or calibrate the low and high values separately;

5. Can store 100 sets of test data, view data at any time, or delete current data / clear all data;

6. Can set upper and lower measurement limits, displayed on the main measurement interface; non-compliant values will trigger automatic alarms;

7. Built-in printer can print data in real-time, or optionally output via USB to a U-disk for storage and analysis;
